Could an Easy-to-Copy Marketing System be the Solution to Your Duplication Problems?
I hate to say it but a good part of the reason why network marketing gets a bad rap is because of the people involved in it. They are not bad people, just misinformed or downright unqualified to run a business. They are usually not prepared to train you for success. That’s because they usually do not have any experience in networking or marketing themselves. So they best piece of advice they can give you is just to listen to a bunch of training calls by successful people and try to figure out how they did it.
I remember sitting in on those calls myself, pencil poised over my piece of paper, just waiting for one glimpse of useful information I could walk away with and implement immediately. But the sure-fire tactics never came.
Unfortunately a lot of good people quit because they can’t figure out what the successful people did so they can do the same thing. I almost quit myself until I figured out what was missing.
What if you could offer every person who joined your team a customized marketing system? What if, after a few simple questions, you could lay out a plan for them that would allow them to immediately begin to implement certain strategies and see immediate results? Do you think your new partner would be excited to get started and stay motivated longer as they witnessed the results? Of course they would!
This is a necessary part of every successful team, but one your sponsor probably never trained you for. Am I right?
If you are missing the right training system to get your new business partner plugged in and off to a running start, then you are leaving money on the table because chances are excellent that your new enrollee will not last three months.
With turnover like that, you’ll not be able to keep your own business afloat. And your new enrollee will leave you to find a real leader.
What System Should You Choose?
A duplicatable marketing system is one that is easy enough that any person, regardless of initial skill level, can set it up and get started within a week. The faster they can get off the ground, the sooner they can see results and begin making money, thereby solidifying their bond to you and your opportunity.
Most importantly, the system you choose should require no time on your part to get a new partner set up. Obviously they may have questions along the way, but in general, you should be able to point your new business partner to it and then check it out when they are done. You should be able to steer them to other support personnel to handle tough questions to free up your time to run your business.
The system should also be affordable for the average person (and easy to cancel for the quitters). It should come with its own training systems to keep your partner prepared with the most up-to-the-moment advertising strategies.
The system, basically, should free up your time to be a mentor, not a hand-holder.
And what system do you recommend, Gretchen?
I’m glad you asked… Check it out!
